1.
Download and Open sugarpuffs.psd in photoshop
2.
Select the white text layer. Click the layerstyles icon on the bottom layers pallete.
Select bevel & emboss and apply the following settings: Click here to view settings. The brown used
on the multiply part of the bevel & emboss settings is #6d3106.
While still in the layerstyles menu check drop shadow with these settings: Click here

Select the gold text layer. Click in the layerstyles icon on the bottom layers pallete.
Select gradient overlay and click on the gradient bar to create the gold gradient and apply the following settings: Click here to view the settings. The dark gold is #bc8c06
The light gold is #fbe09f.

While still in the layer styles.
Select Bevel and Emboss and apply the following settings: Click here to view the settings.
Select Outer Glow and apply the following settings: Click here to view the settings.

Select the Blue Background and go into the layer styles menu.
Select Gradient Overlay and apply the following settings with a dark to light blue gradient: Click here to view the settings.
Select Bevel and Emboss and apply the following settings: Click here to view the settings.

Select the Blue Background border and go into the layer styles menu..
Select Gradient Overlay and apply the following settings: Click here to view the settings.
Select Drop Shadow and apply the following settings: Click here to view the settings.

Create a new layer above the white text layer & name it white text shadow. Press CTRL(PC)/CMD(MAC) & mouse click on the white text layer to create a selection.
While still on the White Text Shadow layer go to the menubar > select > modify > contract & enter a setting of 8 pixels. Fill the selection with a light blue. Click here to view the fill.
In the toolbar make sure that the rectangular marquee tool is selected so that the selection moves and not the blue fill. Move the selection 4 nudges up & 4 nudges to the left and delete the selection.

On the white text shadow layer Go to Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur & give it 7 pixels.

Select the star layer & go the layer styles menu.
Select Gradient Overlay & apply the following settings: Click here to view the settings.
Select Drop Shadow & apply the following settings: Click here to view the settings.
Then just copy and paste the stars and place them as you wish. I applied a gradient to the background afterwards.
